“ken-uhgh,” you whine, face-planting onto his bed, mumbling something into the sheets.

kenyu can only chuckle, “come again?”

you huff, turning your head to look up at him, who’s sat down on the bed again not too far off, just enough to pet your head to hopefully soothe some of your frustration. “anri got a girlfriend.”

your brows are furrowed, gaze pointed at him, “this is bad.”

“how so, sweet girl?” he indulges your childish complaints.

a groan propels you to turn onto your back, shifting so you can lay your head in his lap, “now, i’m the only one single! out of 6, mind you,” your frown only deepens. “am i not cute enough? i mean, i guess i’m bigger than all of them-”

he quickly covers your mouth, his other hand resuming the pets, “that shouldn’t matter.”

you lick his hand, which has him grimacing before he wipes said hand on his sheets.

“but what if it does, though..” you complain again. “i’ve got a pretty face, no?”

“the prettiest,” he agrees.

you don’t seem to catch that though, since your analysis continues. “i already wear the shortest skirts the dress code allows… should  i add stockings? i heard otoya likes those-”

yukimiya’s lips purse, before he exhales loudly, “don’t base your wardrobe on a nutcase like him, sweetheart.”

“so what do i do?” you sit up, tucking your knees under you, kenyu’s hand falling into his lap. “i really really want to date someone, i wanna kiss and i wanna fuck and i want to be wanted-”

his hand reaches up to squish your cheeks together, pouting your lips like a duck. red eyes fixated on your own widened ones, he sighs, “you’re lucky you’re cute.”

“wat dwo you mean?” you manage through his hold on your face. brows pinched in confusion, your answer comes as his soft lips pressed briefly against your own. 

your eyes shoot open. you can barely register what’s happening before he pulls away, a smug smile on his lips. 

for a beat, neither of you says a thing, and with each passing second yukimiya’s confidence falters. he quickly lets go of your face, his own reddening more and more by the second. he anxiously runs his hand through his hair, muttering curses at karasu, who supposedly told him this would work.

all while you’re still stupefied, gaze trained on your best friend (boyfriend?) with your mouth hanging open. 

kenyu finally turns to you, though he can’t seem to bring himself to actually look you in the eye, “look, i’m sorry. i definitely shouldn’t have done that. i.. i don’t know what came over me. mmmph..!”

it’s now his turn to be shocked as you lunge at him, tacking him onto his back and onto his plush cushions. your thighs straddle his waist and your lips are on his immediately, hands traveling over his chest. 

you pull away, panting a little, “soo.. you’re my boyfriend now?”

“huh?”

“well, that’s why you kissed me, right?”

“well, yeah, but i was supposed to ask you out first..” he rubs the back of his head while smiling sheepishly.

you shrug, “you kissed me, so you’re mine now.”

he chuckles, “oh, sweetheart. i was yours from the day i was born.”
