What if, after the mission is over and Faith turned into a statue fully, Batter Priest took her to the altar where he first found her and put her there. Taking a final prayer before the world vanish?

That is more or less what he does! Due to the whole other Player-God thing though, and her being like a mere extension and that being his own reasoning/excuse for any affection for the Child, I think he'd consider it praying with her to the Player-God than to Faith. (She is his little God Player in their main au though so there be a whole stew there of a lost child clinging to this fellow who has a son maybe whose life is in his hands and who is also making this new nice child be complicit in mercy killing/murder.)

I do think he'd place her at a shorter altar nearer to the end though. So he wouldn't chuck her stories up on the first one where she'd be scared of heights lol

Faith was literally at home, downloaded a game, and now she's on a super tall stone square in a very long dress. She is very confused and very scared.

Their meeting literally requires Faith jumping off the altar to be caught.

Her legs and left side turn to stone first. Her right eye (some sight) and right arm (to puppet) are the last to go.

She can somewhat see through Alpha and Epsilon. She figures out how to hang on to Omega and be floated around when her legs stop working.

Goes blind at the end and is dependent on the Add-Ons.

Mispronounces prêtre as père and is never corrected.

She likes petting Omega's wings and the Judge.

Got carried because 1) shorter legs and taking too long. 2) tripping on skirt. 3) warm and cuddly

Le Prêtre still carries her even after she starts turning cold and heavy from the statueing.
