OH MY GODDDDD. also am in a huge hxh phase right now. ive been reading the manga im like *almost* to the gon/pitou fight and im so so scared . hold my hand. anyway I am legally obligated to ask: have you ever heard of the podcast media club plus. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. their whole first season is exactly why I got so extremely into hunter x hunter. incredibly good group of people on that show discussing the nuance and themes and everything of hxh, all paired with the fact that Jack (one of the hosts) is watching the show for the first time and so comes to it with a really cool fresh perspective. if u dont listen to the whole thing let me at least give you the screenshot stream to start with because oh my god its so funny: showing random out of context hxh screenshots to their friend who 1) has never seen the show and 2) has almost no frame of reference for shonen in general ans so is COMPLETELY clueless as to what's happening in any of them . we love goreinu in this house
