Meet the SIGIL Scout! A spunky, easily distracted, and determined girl deadset on completing her part-time job with finesse and, if not, straight-up brute force using what she learned as a delivery girl.

This has taken a very long time to put together and is the first of 8 mercs (+2 managers) on my OC team, SIGIL.

The Special Intelligence and General Infantry League, or SIGIL, was hired by Redmond Mann in 1969 to fill in for members of the RED team if they were on business/contracts, no longer employed, dead, or otherwise unable to do their jobs. This decision was advised by Miss Pauling. Due to the temps' transient nature, it would be a waste to put expensive exotic animal organs in them, so by design, these mercs cannot be ubered or experimented on by Medic (much to his dismay). They're also only able to use select weapons from their class's arsenal, but in exchange for this, they have different abilities and gimmicks.
