A highschool student with great experience in debate, public speaking and customer service, looking for a skill based job with interactions with clients. Intelligent and empathetic, the student has high levels of achievement in the IB program. The student hopes to contribute to the quality and overall effectiveness of customer service in the industry.

My experience in service, or customer service, has helped me to develop strong interpersonal skills. I value professionalism, and am confident in my ease at customer interaction.
As a fluent English speaker, and a seasoned debater/public speaker, I am a confident communicator. I am able to clearly summarize instructions, and can easily communicate with customers.
I have a great number of experiences in teamwork, ranging from projects in schools, teams for competitions and even the giant body of teamwork that is required to work in a cafe.
I can fluently speak in English and Mandarin, and also know the basics of French. I can easily communicate to a very large audience of people, and the majority of those in the work sphere of West Vancouver.
I am one of the founders of the World Scholar's Cup team, a team for a global debate/writing competition. I am also a member of West Vancouverâs Youth Action Council, a team that contributes to the Mayor and Council's official decisions by relaying to them the opinions of the youth. As a team, we also host events and more.
Completed the Level 8 RCM Music Exam for piano. My ear for music and ease at learning new skills was developed by my practice in preparing for this exam.

Attended a service trip to Ecuador where students helped to dig out the foundation of a school classroom. The students also learned about the culture in Ecuador, along with the efforts of the Me to We organisation in making the woman in the community independent.
Attended a service trip to Tanzania where students began to build the foundations of a school classroom. The students learned swahili, the local culture and even interacted with the school children who would be using the classroom.
