“I kind of want to dress like this every day. I feel like a Goddess right now. If I could get away with dressing like this and others wouldn’t look at me weird then I would, wouldn’t you?” Eliza smiled as she picked up one of the trinkets from the table in front of her. “I think everyone looks great.” @claystarters

“I think this has to be the weirdest theme the town has come up with yet?” JC said to the other as he looked around at the mixture of people dressed up. “i think at this point it’s weird to see someone not in costume. They kind of stand out a mile don’t they?” @claystarters​

“I feel ridiculous.” She muttered as she looked around at everyone else’s costumes they’d got together. “I feel everyone else looks so much better than me. I don’t know. I think I could have done better, it’s like I didn’t try or something.” She sighed as she folded her arms across her body. “Everyone looks so good don’t they?” @claystarters​

This was not Elias’ first Renaissance Faire. His costume had been hanging, waiting for this very moment. He even had a specially decorated cane. He swore it didn’t work as well, but he was willing to trade it off for looking cool and knew his roommate was around somewhere, should he need extra guidance.  He was perched happily on a large rock, picking at a crepe and enjoying the environment. The sun was on his cheeks and pleasant sounds and smells filled the air.

“I didn’t win spring sovereign but I figured I’d bring my own knock off crown to the festival anyway, do you think I’ll get kicked out for fraud or something?” Nate joked as he pointed at the crown on his head with a smile. The man was sporting as much light material as he could with the weather starting to warm up now. “You look great though you did really well.” @claystarters​

“I just really don’t want to be here.” Ronan groaned as he looked around at everyone, a miserable expression on his face as he took a deep sigh. “I wouldn’t be here if my Grandma didn’t insist on the family attending this kind of shit. I’d rather suffer for the day though than feel the wrath of Grandma Evans for at least a month minimum.” @claystarters​

“You know this food really is good.. I might take stock up on some of these samples so I can have it for weeks. Well, that’s if it lasts that long. I have no idea.” Elliot before taking another bite out of this food. “Also these tights are very uncomfortable, I’m unsure how people wear this voluntarily every day.” @claystarters​

Miki had thoroughly enjoyed his evening out with the other boys from work, though as per usual, he’d consumed too much alcohol and strayed away from the group and of course, ended up in the gentlemens club. The last thing he can remember was trying to order an uber back home to the lanes, so it was no wonder he felt so confused when he came to in an environment he didn’t recognise. Sitting himself up far too quickly on the couch, he reached for his cell to check the time before calling out to whoever else was here. “Hello?” Whose apartment was this?

“It’s good to be back in this messy, small town.” Toni smiled as she looked around at the people at the festival. She’d been on a girls trip to the Maldives for the past month and was strangely happy to be back in the town. “Did i miss much whilst I was away? Any drama I need filling in on before I open my big mouth and upset someone?” @claystarters​

“If I hear another person say ‘where are your tights?’“ Parker laughed, shaking his head. “I’ve parked my horse out back, now I need some food and a good drink. They’ve roped me into taking pictures for this thing. I haven’t done that since high school.”

“I feel swishy and pretty in my dress. Though I am sad it’s tight and I want to eat more,” she laughed at herself. “You look good too. Maybe this was your time period. I wonder if I would survive without my phone. Maybe if I had good food,” she rambled.

“Believe it or not, I’m not actually drunk tonight.” He paused, trying to keep a straight face. “Do you believe me?” Kai let out a laugh, leaning against the wall. He was wearing a floral jacket open with no shirt underneath. “This is my sexy medieval look. What do you think?”
