Oh, yeah, that makes sense. For me, personally, I just have two sets of down time - that's probably the best way to put it. Downtime to study tape is always totally separate from downtime for me to like netflix and chill or something. But, some just stick with the lazier downtime.

Exactly, a good balance is always good. Though I tend to be the one always studying tape but old habits die hard for me.

People don't take advantage of the downtime they have sometimes to either train or study tape, etc. They just see it as a time to be lazy. Granted sometimes is needed but not as often as most take advantage of it.
