      ‘ well look at YOU !  ‘  Joker smiles, a silent growing thing as       eyes glitter in the dark.  He angles visage towards Harley, spinning         slowly in the office chair until he faces her.  Leg bounces lightly        while crossed over the other.      ‘ New haircut?  What’s the occasion, sweet peach? ‘

      ‘  isn’t it a little cold for that kind of get up - hmm?  ‘ hands motion       towards the woman, as fingers lift to press against his lips as though        he’s got some deep secret.  Smile creeps onto sharp features, red        paint wrinkling at the edges of deep set dimples.

    ‘ hey doc, wanna hear a JOKE ?  ‘  Arthur takes a puff of his cigarette      as raspy voice fades, bringing the light to his lips with slow inhale.       laughter threatens to bubble in his throat, but for now, rests on a hum.

      ‘ hey, doll - you ever heard the    one about the blind woman ? ’ 

    ‘  Please - Those boys couldn’t carry a tune to save their L I V E S  ! ‘  statement swings;  and is followed by a cacophony of high laughter       ( TOUGH CROWD ! )
