Polli has heterochromia—one of her eyes is a vivid blood-red—and she hides that eye because she finds it strange.
She was purchased from the same pet shop where Sebastian was adopted, she was adopted while still a youngster.
Like Nyon, Polli is Russian, though she does not speak the language very well.
She does not get along with other Ratmans and feels uncomfortable around them.

Zay has Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and ADHD.
Zayon is currently in his father's custody because his mother is an irresponsible alcoholic.
He wears leg prostheses, having lost his legs in a car accident.
