So I’ve been working on something recently and I wanna know if it’s any good to continue??? i’m gonna show a little snippet soooo here ya.

It was nearing midnight. She should have been asleep but instead, Lena was sitting on her couch, going through some emails about work. The writers and Lex are doing their best to make Kara’s rebellion look completely planned and Lena was doing her best to ignore them. That’s why it was so easy to shut down her laptop and take a break from work when Kara Danvers showed up at her hotel door. 

Kara looked so insanely cute and she didn’t have to try. She was wearing her glasses tonight which only added to her attractiveness. She wore a shirt with the IWW logo on it with red gym shorts. She smelled freshly showered, the smell of her shampoo radiating throughout her whole body with a faint smell of alcohol. It was all too much for Lena.

“I hope you don’t mind,” Kara looks at her glossy eyes and a soft smile, “I just needed to see you tonight.” Lena’s heart stops as she steps to the side, letting the blonde woman in. She takes a deep breath before giving Kara a smile. She closes her hotel room door and sighs. 

Before she could say anything, Kara has her trapped between her body and the door. Both of Kara’s arms on either side of Lena, pressing against the door. Lena lets out a breath and she knows. She just knows. 

“Kara,” she lets out in a breath. “Are you drunk?”

Kara lets out a small chuckle as she leans in closer to the brunette’s face. “I had a few drinks with Alex and Nia,” her hands slide down slowly until they land on Lena’s hips. “But I’m not drunk.”

Uh oh. Lena knows where this is going. Lex is going to go crazy. He probably already is.

“You see, I was suspended for two months by Lex Luthor.” The crowd boos. Kara smiles a bit. “I know right . . . and the reason he felt the need to suspend me was because I pitched the idea to give other talented women’s wrestlers a chance.”

Lena’s eyebrows raise and she is pretty sure her eyebrows are touching her hairline right now. Lex hadn’t mentioned this to her at all.

“The same women get chance after chance after chance to compete and get better while there are thirty other women on this roster waiting to get their chance. Women who have been working their asses off. Women like Dreamer and Lucy Lane and Andrea Rojas.” Kara wants to keep going, but she knows she made her point when the supporters start to chant WE WANT DREAMER!!

No matter what happens regarding ships, we WILL NOT harass the cast, crew, other shippers, or anyone else. We WILL NOT send fucking death threats (looking at you people who threatened Mehcad for kissing Katie) to ANYONE over what happens onscreen. We WILL NOT send hate to actors who are just doing their jobs (seriously guys leave poor Staz alone, he is not William, he is a man doing his job).

It is fine to be disappointed if your ship doesn’t happen. It is fine to dislike a character or a pairing. It is not fine to go after real people over it. The shipping community in this fandom, particularly Supercorp (and I say this AS a Supercorp shipper), has been incredibly toxic over fictional events and it’s honestly really distressing.

I don’t really engage with the Supercorp community much anymore (outside of posting the occasional Supercorp incorrect quote) so I’m not sure if they’ve chilled out or what percentage of them is that toxic at this point, but I just felt the need to make my stance on this known. It is not okay to act the way I’ve seen a lot of shippers act. I want to engage with the community again, but I don’t want to see any of that nonsense. PLEASE be kind to each other.
