I am a trans woman currently living in a refugee camp in Africa. I am reaching out to ask if anyone knows of organizations that support LGBTIQ+ refugees by providing basic needs such as food, clothing, safe shelter, and medical assistance.

I am in urgent need of support, as I am struggling to survive. Unfortunately, I have also faced accusations of being a scammer, which is deeply hurtful because I am simply trying to seek help, not deceive anyone.
