I met this German couple while climbing Stok Kangri, 20k ft: 6,100m. I fell down the mountain in the night (head lamp bouncing) and landed right at there feet with an ice axe, tripod, and my camera -- keep in mind that it was my first time ever using an ice axe (and I lost 100yards in about 8 seconds). Wolfgang was ready to jump on me (thinking that I was going to sled to the 'end'). After taking this picture my water bottle broke and sored into the unknown, they shared their water. Good people, never saw them again, and lost their email, wish I could give them these pictures. They must have thought I was a loony for doing this alone.
