Happy Valentine's 💌💘 I watched Cinderella (1997) for the first time recently and I got HOOKED omg IT'S SO CUTE and delightfully camp 😭💖 I thought it'd be fitting to draw them for the occasion!

Cinderella | 2015

In it Red and Chloe, the daughters of the Queen of Hearts and Cinderella respectively, travel back in time and see their mothers as well as several Disney characters when they were still teenagers.

We get to see several Disney characters reimagined as teenagers, and I need to praise how they adapted the concept of Cinderella's rags in this, because Cinderella is dressed in rags, but they aren't the usual rags we see in adaptations.

Her entire clothing is clearly made of pieces of denin stitched together, and at least to me, that's a very interesting modernization of the concept of Cinderella dressed in rags.

If the series follows the book, there is a lot of potential. If it’s a continuation of the 2004 movie… that would be less appealing.
