If they were an enemy they would give you a bunch of random statuses (positive and negative) And if they were a playable character they would have all tiles have a random status and instead of crit chance they would have hole chance, their starting spell would let you slash 5 random tiles, and their unlock spell lets you pick a tile with a status and all other tiles in the row become that status. (as soon as i have the money to buy this game i may longer have "free time")
