My general HCs for Tim after the events of Marble Hornets

I imagine Tim is living in constant guilt, not only because of the nature of his work, but also because he is aware that The Operator is a part of him;
Tim has been seeing the Operator since he was 14, and he was the first person in a long while to come into contact with the Operator;
That makes him one of the very first in the Residence, alongside Jeff and Brian;
He is aware that he can never escape Slenderman- That’s why he doesn’t even try anymore.
He is fairly reasonable and mature;
He remembers social rules and basic conventions, which is why most of the time he might seem almost completely normal. Almost.
There is a part of him that became so tangled in everyday gore that it no longer affects him.
There is no way back for him, so he might as well allow himself to release all of his frustration.
Because he is frustrated. After the events of Marble Hornets he realized that no matter what he does, things always end up terribly wrong. Yet he still tries to make it up to Brian.
Also, when it comes to Masky’s personality:
Based on Marble Hornets, Masky was against Slender Sickness from the moment he first came into existence. He is a protector of Tim, but he deals with problems rather aggressively. That is why he give the impression of being useful to Slenderman.
When Masky failed to free Tim, he stopped protecting him from Slenderman and instead focused on helping only in extreme situations.
I also don’t think Masky is struggling with pure DID. After becoming a proxy, the memories of the two personalities merged. Masky knows what’s going on while Tim is fronting, and vice versa.
I get the sense that Masky speaks in we/us, as if he doesn’t perceive himself as single, independent person, while Tim still holds on to I/me.
Tim hangs out with Brian most of the time;
Sometimes the two of them drag Toby along with them to bully him brotherly or simply lecture him. Tim treats Toby like a kid due to the age difference, and he takes care of him, even though he claims to hate that guy.
Tim doesn’t talk much with other guys unless necessary, but he doesn't mind hanging out in the common spaces
