1) Snakebite: 50% hard cider and 50% lager. This is a very common cider cocktail and is easy to get your hands on at any bar or to make at home.

2) Guinness + Cider (Poor Man's Black Velvet): Similar to the Snakebite, a Black Velvet is 50/50 beer to cider. Pour your favorite hard cider in a pint glass then top it with Guinness. This will ensure that you get a nice frothy head.

3) Warm Apple Pie: Drop a shot of Fireball into a pint of hard cider and you wind up with a cocktail that eerily resembles apple pie. Try it as a bomb if you are looking for a challenge or just want to be awesome.

Tasting notes: Very gentle sparkling brew that pours opaque pale yellow. On first inspection it tastes of tart green apples with a faint frutiness and spice. There are strong notes of ale that balances nicely with the tart. After a few more sips an overwhelming applesauce flavor comes out and overtakes the drink. In the end it tastes of dollar store apple sauce. Cedar Creek made a run at an innovative idea. It needs refining.
