You move on when your heart finally understands there is no turning back" is widely misattributed to J.R.R. Tolkien, it beautifully summarizes the lag between our logical brain & our emotional heart. Often, your mind accepts a reality long before your heart does. True progression happens only when you stop mourning what was & start making peace with what is.
