Scanned slides from a 1994 visit to Ocracoke Island, when I paid a pilot $75 to fly my up and down the Outer Banks. This was before the Hatteras Lighthouse was moved inland.

Some slides from my Minolta X700 at the Berlin Zoo in 1993. It did not occur to me at the time but that rhinoceros could not have been happy wearing a circle into the dirt.

Kodachrome scans, summer 1975, downtown Pittsburgh. Sometimes on a day off, I’d grab a camera and wander around the Golden Triangle. Wonder if that McDonalds got built and if it’s still there.

Long ago I learned you can rewind film to the tab, then reload it later. Crucial to this, of course, is remembering the count, which I almost never did. Sometimes the result is at least amusing, like these slides from Raleigh c. 1995.
