First proper Muay Thai session in Bangkok.... and my first time doing any serious exercise in a month. Feeling pretty slow and heavy. Didn’t help that the Coach made me go 5 3-min. rounds. On my way to Bangkok. First flight was delayed due to wind and I ended up missing my connection in Hong Kong for the next flight. Only a few hours till the next one; so no biggie... and no excuse for a loss in productivity. Figure I can get through at least 30 pages of Japanese. Finally on the last level of Kumon now... Paid a visit this evening to soon to be Stunt-gym in Owosso, Michigan. All the basics are covered; padded floors, decent crash mat, Martial Arts gear. All @joekras80 needs now is a place@to rig wires, a thicker mat for high falls and a built-to-code Staircase for running falls and he is all set! Super stocked to see this place coming together! Just touched down in the Phillippines for an action film out here. Literally got off the plane and went straight to the production office for script reading, and then ran the fight scenes till 11:00pm. Lots of trapping, stick and knife. Very different from what I’m used to, but cool. Leaving for location at 4am tomorrow. Yosh!! フィリピンに到着しました。到着の後に直接アクション練習に行きました。明日、4時からロケに向かいます。頑張ります‼️

Had a chance to meet Tony Jaa’s Muay Thai trainer, and one of the choreographers for OngBak 1. Super nice guy but definately not someone you want to f*ck with, lol. Got to check out his stunt crew performing at Muay Thai live in Bangkok afterwards as well. Fantastic show, great choreography and epic wrecks.

Finished up in northern Thailand. Heading down to Bangkok. Would have loved to see more of ChiangMai... but work is work💪🏾北タイの仕事終わって、今バンコクに向かいます。ChiangMaiもっも見えたら良かったけど仕事は仕事ですね。頑張ります💪🏾💪🏾
