Mumbo, Skizz, and Ren obviously know Bigb first, but none of the four are romantically interested in each other for a while. Mumbo and Bigb are dating by the time C team becomes a trio poly tho.

Redbeef dated first, they had a weird thing in s7 and were lowkey dating by about s9, but the two of them were already very open and poly [aka they did not realsie they were dating], which led to Mumbo and Bigb becoming a qpr in Secret Life. Bigb and Mumbo didn't start dating till hc11 after Ren, Skizz, and Mumbo became a fully fledged polycule. Beef, clueless that others think he's already dating Mumbo, is happy joining C team thinking it's all platonic, gains an actual crush on Mumbo and then the whole "you're a polycule???" thing happens [like I've spoken about before]. Skizz and Bigb started dating in Past Life.

Ren and Bigb also had a thing in Double Life but it wasn't dating, and I don't think they ever would date, but they happily share boyfriends. Beef is happy with just the rest of the C team but also happily shares Skizz and Mumbo with Bigb.
