Piece I wrote

When circumstances are presented to us, we initially view a system as a whole. We attempt to apply the task to our dimensions, emotions, and thoughts that we are limited in. When the system becomes more challenging or more negative, we begin to panic, and we search for an outlet. This is because, at this moment, we start to lose grasp of the image of the system we plotted, and we feel the loss of control of our future. (even though the future is never truly in our control). When the system becomes immensely challenging, we reverse our behavior. Since the image has been lost, we see nothing. At this point, we simply take things step-by-step right at the moment. We swim along in life. We don't panic. In fact, we rarely talk about the system because the future of it is nonexistant in our minds. Any recollection of the events that led us there/here are irrelevant to our minds, and so the only option is to keep living numb of the existent.
