is Downtown Winnipeg SAFE? people always talk about how scary it is downtown, how theyre too afraid to go out after dark. yet half the people out are ladies. which might give you the idea that its safe. but really, truth be told, if youre not careful you could wake up the next morning and find out someone else owns your house now.

the worst part? you know I am going to fall for it again and again. its kind of the perfect scheme theyve got running. so dont stop like i did. just run away and you might just survive walking around downtown at night unlike me. (ps- can I sleep on someone's couch?)

i had to go grocery shopping and since i had to ride my bike in the storm anyway i figured i would go have some fun. so i took my bike onto the skating rink at kildonan park and boy was it slippery. sure it was ice but the soft layer of snow on top of the ice made my butt pucker.

Me and my cats getting ready for the night. These guys are my life. Does that sound sad? Probably. Do I care? Not even in the slightest. i love it!

Cats don't take orders, but cats do listen.

My cat tried to chase a bird up my front tree, which is a double negative. Me telling him no, got him to stop climbing and come to me.

Training cats isn't about punishment, it's about mutual respect.

In Spring my Cherry Blossom Tree flowers are amazing (for the short time they exist), but in Fall when the cherry falls off is when my older cat really loves it.

Does anyone know if it's illegal to steal groundhogs from The Forks, because I'm going to do it either way. 😏
