Peter doing his absolute Best to impress the tall gorgeous boy with a sharp mind and a sharper jawline and like ridiculously pretty eyes and the leather jacket and the bike and- well you get the picture
Except he goes about it in the dumbest way possible: doing his work Extra Well. because doing paperwork Extra Neat and Extra Fast is the best way to get a boy to notice you obviously (Telling Harley he’s Spiderman would probably be quicker and more effective but Tony had explicitly banned that, which is blatant biphobia).
Harley losing his goddamn mind because who the FUCK is this little twerp and how dare he think he can show me up in front of Tony.

(Peter had to start all over again. Took 3 hours to finish) What other reason could possibly explain why Peter goes red in the face when Harley does something faster/better? Why Harley threw a Bagel at Peter’s head? It’s healthy competition and must be encouraged!!
