“There is beauty in pain. Most of us misunderstand the reason behind the tears. We see someone broken and hopeless; who are we to judge their tears so harshly? I once believed I was broken but often tears were the strength through my hardships. It’s because our emotions cannot be contained and that is what makes it such a beautiful thing.”

Hold my hand when I’m lost in despair. And if I begin to pull away please grip on a little tighter because though I want to keep the feelings away I need to know you’re here to stay.

Your feelings are valid. You have every right to feel whatever emotion you want. You aren’t being dramatic. You aren’t over exaggerating. You’re feeling. And that’s okay.
