Fun how Misfits in Toyland goes from "Huh this is kind of in the same genre as TADC" to "Hey Jen feels a lot like girl Jax" to "Zooble is there" and "Maria has watched The Amazing Digital Circus".

if you like Amazing Digital Circus please read Misfits in Toyland. it's by no means the same kind of story beyond some extremely broad strokes, but what it is is a very funny, engaging narrative with absolutely fascinating worldbuilding and an extremely interesting and fun ensemble cast. it delves into its characters' psyches in ways I really appreciate and it's just fun and dark and very clever.
