2 page comic. woooooo

1 hour study of a photo  of a lighthouse. Looking back on it after a month I’m actually really into it. Maybe working with color isn’t the hardest thing in the world. Maybe.

Painted this treehouse today, my hand is still cramping from overuse. I’m not sure if it’s the design of my wacom pen or the pressure I use, but I definitely don’t have this problem using a pencil or paintbrush.

Jumped in on today's sketch_dailies prompt. I just can't pass on an opportunity to draw my favorite character from HP

The art studio I go to for my weekly fix of figure drawing has been closed for the last couple of weeks, so I warmed up this morning with a 50 minute digital figure study. Normally when I figure draw I just use a pencil and focus on shape and value without taking color into account, so it was nice  to work in color for once.

Figure drawings from yesterday. I've noticed that all of the caricature work I've been doing lately has started to influence my other work, the curves and shapes feel a lot more natural in these than they normally do.
