Okay, now I am officially 6 weeks out!! Today was a rough day for me 😕 posing is what I struggle most with and it is just so damn hard to get that flex and position down while maintaining a smile and not losing your balance 😦 on a positive note, I'm extremely happy with the way my back has been progressing 😃💪🏼 my stats today stand at 30.5-28-38.5 weighing 122 and 20.6% body fat. Nearly 7 weeks to my show date and it's been nothing but a tidal wave of challenges. Turning down wine and sweet treats while dreaming of pizza, burgers and fries- it's been tough to say no and keep it heathy. While battling food cravings is one thing, getting up every morning with a clear mind and working out has also been exhausting- not to mention posing practice in itself 😩 I'm naturally extremely hard on myself. It's been difficult to be patient and trust my trainer without my own thoughts and feelings. However, I'm extremely happy where I'm at. It's certainly been rewarding and I've become addicted to watching my body change each day. I know I have 7 weeks to come of more intense training and getting my mindset ready for show, but I cannot wait to see my end results 🙊👙✨

Ain't that the truth! 👊🏼💥 feeling grateful, happy, and blessed today. As I should every day! Was in a slump at the beginning of the week until I stopped myself and made a list all my accomplishments thus far, things I am thankful for, and goals to concur in the next 6 months to a year. Only person stopping me is myself and that's changing today! I'm too anxious and excited now for my future. Making BIG changes! 🙈
