A short story under the image- a what if/au idea if you will-
The clock strikes, Harvest and Folly lunge for one another.
He swung at her, once twice, before hitting her face, she giggled, pushing his hat over his eyes and kicking him to the wall. Harvest grunted in pain, chuckling to himself before moving his hat of his eyes, only to see her running for him, she aimed a punch to him, but hit the wall as he dogged her blow, creating a small crater under Folly’s fist, she smiled as she lunged for him again, grabbing his throat and pushing him to the ground, his hat falling off his head, she fell over him. Folly laughed as she reached up to claw at his face, he grabbed her arm, attempting to stop her blow, she moved her other hand from his neck, and began holding him down, she laughed as she punched him repeatedly, he chuckles, lifting his leg to kick her to the other side of the room, giving him a chance to breath…
“Heh… you fight well, but you waste your time fighting for Day-“
Before he could finish, she jumped onto his back, pushing him to the floor once more
“You think that matters to me?! This is the most fun I’ve ever had!! Which isn’t hard to believe… oh he’ll be very pleased when I bring you back-“
He was about to speak before she grabbed the back of his head and began bashing it on the ground, over and over repeatedly, her maniacal little giggles growing louder and louder and his grip on the floor beneath him began to loosen, and his eyes began to static, before completely shutting down, and powering off, the last thing he heard was his head dropping to the floor and her giggles subside
“Heh… this was far too easy-“
Harvest slowly powered on, taking in his surroundings before the situation really started getting serious, the place seemed to be an abandoned, dirty building he had never seen before, the floors covered in grime and the walls water stained, old papers and such scattered, then he began noticing other things… tools scattered around, his blueprints scattered on the walls and floor, then a new blueprint… Folly’s… he then fully awakened, noting that she was holding him in place, and he heard a familiar voice… one he hated dearly…
“There he is… my failed machine… I see you met my successor…”
“Day…” Harvest replied harshly “and for what purpose have you sent… her to retrieve me…”
Day chuckled and leaned over him, semi getting on his level
“Does it matter? I need you to follow my commands… help your new… ah- sister…”
“I would never assist you in any matter, you disgust me!”
Day laughed, standing up straight and pulling out a drill, turning it on.
“For now I do… but soon… you’ll think of me like a god-“
Harvest struggled against Folly’s grip
“No.. Day… I will have your head!! No! Stop!”
The scene fades to black, as all we hear are the drill, and Harvest’s screams, mixed with laughter from Folly… and himself…
“Harvest, on… I have a mission for you and Folly…”
Harvest powered on with a semi sad smile, for his body was no longer his own
