I am Jaafar, living in Gaza, and I have created a fundraising campaign to help my family cover the costs of living amid the difficult humanitarian conditions we are facing, the high prices, and the severe shortage of basic necessities. We have completely lost our home, and all the houses in our area were destroyed. Our area has now become part of what is known as the “Yellow Line.” Today, we are living in a tent in the middle of Gaza that does not protect us from the extreme summer heat or the cold of winter.

We lost everything we owned inside our home, and we have nothing left. We are trying to rebuild our lives from zero, but this is beyond our ability under these harsh circumstances. I kindly ask you, if you are able, to help me with any amount, no matter how small. Every contribution makes a real difference in my family’s life and helps us provide food and basic necessities.

I also ask you to support my fundraising campaign, because having some donations encourages others to contribute as well. I spoke with Manar recently and she was thankfully able to reach rent for the month of June 💛

Thank you from my heart to all who took action to make sure this was reached.

However, Manar also mentioned that she has been sick with the flu recently. Meanwhile, she still has her 5 children’s needs she must provide for daily. 😞

Her children are also malnourished and sick very often, yet they can barely afford food let alone medicine. 💊

Manar is a mother doing all she can, but everything is unbearable and exhausting. Her health continues to decline after 2+ years surviving a Holocaust.

Nothing is “okay.” 🚨
