1. Working on my novel this month as part of a novel-writing challenge with my writing discord server! ✏️ I am drafting a Neolithic-era love story… Let’s hope it’s not too rocky 😂 🤎

2. The new Trousdale album is coming out on April 11, and I will be seeing them in concert! So I’ve gotta memorize all their lyrics 💪

3. Easter celebrations with my fam! 🐣

This April, I’m looking forward to:

1. I’m having a long weekend with my DnD group (who are also some of my closest friends) in two weeks; we will play DnD IRL (normally we are on discord because half of us live in the northern part of our state and the other half live in the south), but we will also go to the Renaissance Faire together and hang out at the beach and at my friend’s lovely new apartment. It’s been a rough start to the year for a lot of us, so we’re really looking forward to quality time together.

2. Concurrently with that long-weekend, my husband will be hosting some of his best friends our our house, and I love them all very much and am excited to see them. One of my best friends is dating one of his best friends, so our groups will meet up for some dinner and board games. The last time we all hung out together was in a large group at our wedding, and that was such a joyful time, so I’m really looking forward to being all together again, even if just for a little while.

3. Continuing to write my farawyn fanfic! Actually putting pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) has been so gratifying and uplifting. I’ve had so many thoughts about this fic for so long, and it has so much emotional significance to me; I’m thrilled that I’m actually ~doing the thing~. I also now have several other ideas for one shots and other fics to write. Making them real and sharing them has brought so much joy, and I can’t wait to keep going.

So yeah, that’s my April! Happy April, all.

My Grandma's birthday! I love my grandma a lot, literally tell her everything, so I can't wait to spend more time with her and celebrate!

Working on my fanfics. I'm simultaneously working on like, three-four one-shots, but since my normal classes have resumed, I'll be able to allot some time to writing as part of my schedule.

Speaking of which, my exams got over and my results are up, and I did well, so I have about a month where i can go a bit slower, and take my time and everything.

Hmm, in April I look forward to:

1. My birthday as this year i have a chance to celebrate with my family 🥰

2. Finally planning my vacation 🤌

3. Andor S2 to air✨️

4. And I could skip this one - to hang around here on Tumblr with you sweet Adarlings and TROP fandom🖤🖤🖤

number one? my dad's birthday. he's turning 60 this year, and I'm taking some time off work (a long weekend, yay!) to help him celebrate.

number two? my dog's birthday. little miss Roxie girl is turning 10 (I can't believe it, but she still acts so very much like a puppy 🐾)

and finally, number three. the start of temperatures that are warm enough to enjoy with my windows open, but not hot enough to be roasting alive 😅.

first, two of my horses celebrate birthdays this month! 🎉 Arukah and Belle both turn 23 this year. I’m planning lots of snacks and love, even though Arukah is on stall rest for the indefinite future. 🐴

second, I’m flying to NYC to see my man! I was gifted tickets to Hugh Jackman’s residency at Radio City Music Hall for my birthday, and I am going! I also plan to pray and spend some time with the Lord at some of the loveliest and influential sites in our nation, hoping the Lord will speak. 🗽
