Small addition to this post. Once I discussed, how cool it could be, if Aku whistled creepy melody (his battle theme) during his playful hide-and-seek with Jack. Now I started to think, what kind of a battle cry Aku could have for intimidation. I again think about something animalistic and otherwordly, mixed with haunting, rumbling, gurgling and eerie voice echoes, similar to howl and song, banshee cry in some senses.

Something, for example, like this. I'm very passionate for unusual and unique creature sounds.

Он уже показывал его крик, когда он действительно пугается или злится/когда сильно ранен и использует магию неразумно: это высокий свистящий визг с шипяшим эффектом на фоне, как будто смесь из визга летучей мыши (достаточно оглушающий, чтобы кричать в космосе, отбросить Джека на болоте или, в теории, заставить живых существ оцепенеть от страха от одного лишь звука, поэиому мастера фетхомания на катанах еще и дико орут время от времени, подражая демонам) и трещания хвоста гремучей змеи. Последнее он делает чаще, поэтому смею предположить, что этот тихий звук он может не комбинировать с визгом, если просто "выпускает пар".

А так да, игра в догонялки с элементом подкрадывания. Тихое шипение как проверка, отвлеклась ли жертва на что-то другое или уже заметила его, или сняние напряжения/нервозности, как у людей звучный выдох, а затем резкий выпад с оглушительним визком, чтобы жертва испугалась и приняла неверное решение в ошеломлении.

Ооо, когда Аку поймал меч на кладбище, его кошачьи игривые зрачки были бесценны! А когда он там же обездвижил Джека, он был словно в экстажном трансе от веселой погони. (Уверен, Джеку было не весело. Уверен, Аку бы расстроился, если бы меч сделал свое дело, учитывая, что он не нападает на самурая, когда тот спит, болен, ест или игрвет в героя)

Just imagine, you go through years of grueling training, to inherit a sword from your father to fight this ultimate evil that enslaved your family, destroyed your land, destroyed everything and took away everyone you've ever loved - only to die by the blade you dedicated your life to wielding, by that same evil. Aku's goal was to not necessarily kill Jack (that was a major part of it of course), but specifically to make Jack suffer. Make him suffer as much as humanly possible, for as long as possible. Even if Jack managed to kill Aku after he destroyed all the time portals, Jack would STILL not be able to go back to the past and be doomed to wander this post-Aku world for all eternity until something kills him. And Aku would die knowing that his greatest rival will never find peace. So when he pinned Jack down in the Zombies episode, he could've used anything - he couldve choked him to death, he could've used his body as a guillotin, he could've stabbed him over and over. But it wouldn't be an ''honorable'' thing to do. It wouldn't hurt as much. Now using the weapon he was trained to wield? THAT will sting. THAT will hurt. THAT will make Jack die thinking he failed his father, his mother, and literally the entire Earth, bringing him as much suffering as possible.

And even if Aku wasn't the one to personally kill Jack, if it was a random guy in a back alley with a knife - it would still HURT. It's like when you get killed by a low level enemy in a video game you KNOW how to play. The despair knowing most of the world wants you dead, and the thing that kills you wasn't even the Big Bad, but a random drunkard that accidentally beat the life of you. Aku have thought of every possibility to make his life as miserable as possible, because he LOVES it, because he loves causing unnecessary suffering unto people, it is his passion, it is his entire purpose, his being, and that is how he manages to feel alive as the ultimate evil.

I have no idea, whether someone already covered it or not, so I'll make a small post on it. I'm used to pronounce her name as Ai-kra, not Ee-kra, but no matter. I wonder, why Aku chose exactly this name for his female form, what meaning could be behind it. I mean, ikra or ikura is literally a roe of salmon (salmon caviar), so I don't know, what could make Aku to choose exactly this name. Maybe because in certain cultures it's a symbol of prosperity, high status, richness and transformation. And from what I know, Japanese kinda very like ikura, but don't eat raw salmons, 'cause they're dangerous due to lots of parasites in them. So, I assume Aku made the name Ikra as amalgamation of Japanese words iku and kuro/kura. Kura or Kuro can mean "treasure" (or something, what keeps treasures inside), "dark" and "black", Iku can mean "come/go to something/forward", so in this case Ikra means "Coming/arriving darkness", what can be viewed as a mockery, warning and foreshadowing for Jack. Although I like variations "sensual/ardent dark", if you understand, what I mean, giving the context of the episode and Ikra's backstory's parallel with Jack's, and also "dark treasure", because Aku is obviously and without any doubts a dark treasure.

Может, русские дабберы просто не хотели, чтобы имя персонажа звучало как "икра", лол?

Yao: First of all! I'm not gay, and I added the bi*gay flag as a joke*. And secondly! Just because I don't eat certain animal products doesn't mean I'm a vegetarian...

Aku: Okay, when did you have time to see the girls?

Ori the Osikai is forced to confront the demons of her past when faced with a rather difficult river she has to cross with Jack.

PART TWO. TRIGGER WARNING FOR GORE ON SLIDE THREE.

This is my OC, Fuhai! She was born of the Black Mass, just like Aku was, though her creation was far more of an accident than anything that was as deliberate as Aku's creation. She was given shape when toxic waste from Aku City seeped into the ground over the remnants of the Forest of Death, which fused together and eventually caught fire. Thus, Fuhai was freed.

But it is due to this sloppy creation of hers that she is considerably weaker than Aku. Her body requires a near-constant stream of energy to keep functioning, lest she begin to melt upon herself (like in the second image).

Fuhai wants nothing more than to overthrow Aku, to conquer his empire and rule in his place. So, she is willing to work with the Samurai across multiple timelines to achieve this goal (in exchange for returning them to their pasts).
