incredibly minor characterization complaint i feel like ppl interpret prussia's "i am awesome" thing as like, cool-seeking behavior. ie theyd be like oh prussia would try to ride motorcycles because they look cool. he would try to be into this hobby because it's seen as cool etc
as opposed to what i think it really is, which is prussia applying 'this is cool' to things that he already likes. if that makes sense. like little birds -> not traditionally seen as cool. but because he likes them he is "as cool/as awesome/as free as a little bird". initially is like ehhhh ew to france's fashion during that one arc until he becomes good at emulating it / making the little accessories and now those are cool to him too. diaries -> seen as kind of effeminate (part of the joke, probably) but because they're His diaries they're cool. etc. does this make sense.

I'll likely end up wording this wrong but I don't like it when people turn to history and come out of it with the mentality that humans are all inherently evil. History exposes all our worst flaws sure but it also always keeps going despite it all, the reason we realize the past was flawed is because we as a species kept going and improved.
I fear a lot of people start with a general hatred for humanity and then in their search to want to blame someone that isn't similar to themselves because they'd NEVER do something like that end up, ironically, doing a full 180 and become the hateful ones instead. There's a reason dictatorships sprout more often in countries going through a deep crisis
