I think Italy would have asked an actual art model and be a lot more professional about the whole thing. Like not sitting in the person's lap and not linger his hands over their muscles. Ultimately, Italy would be disappointed with the experience and think ''They're not Germany's muscles... I miss Germany..."
Meanwhile, Germany would be at home regretting not saying yes to Italy's request and trying to convince himself that he's not upset about Italy touching another man's muscles. "He can go touch anyone he wants. I have no say in what he does. It's fine!..." (it's not fine)
