Cherenkov Light's Musings

Sky texture by Mina-Hime.  I messed with the India Ink pens this time in Clip Studio Paint, used watercolor brushes for shading, and used the Real-G pen for the line art.  Then exported and played with a few filters and plugin in CS 5.5.
