The Opposite of What to Do

I mean, as long as I get veto power over a dude's right to:

- Get a vasectomy - Jerk off (so many dead babies in one load) - Take Viagra (unless of course he's solely taking it to procreate, otherwise he's going to need to stuff that limp shrimp in himself, but then sex should only be for procreating anyway so what is he even doing?) - Get an adult circumcision (I mean, I have no real strong feelings one way or the other and it doesn't impact me personally, but when it comes down to making a decision about a man's body, I feel that I should have full veto power because I want it)

Altho, tbh, I could probably have gone to Slytherin as well:

Okay, so I'm 269 pages into The Strain. Since pretty much nothing is happening, and the writing is so atrocious, I needed something to get me to finish the book, so I started counting similes (ONLY using like/as) and bad lines. So far:

- 255 similes. Let that sink in for a minute. - Favorite Line of the Moment (FLOM): "Ever since giving up liquor, Eph, like a calcium-hungry toddler, craved whole milk."  - Unnecessary Simile of the Moment (USOM): "Felix nearly spit out his cigarette laughing. 'Gusto, you see that shit?' He started to jog ahead, like a bystander called like a barker to the show."

This was written by Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan. And it is horrible. I read better fiction when I was a freshman in Intro to Creative Writing. It’s much scarier than the content - which, after 113 pages, has still had nothing actually happen.

And before people get their panties in a twist about some companies only fighting to nix coverage for the morning after pill - it's still THE MORNING AFTER PILL. Yes, you can harrumph how against your religion it is, and granted it's not something you should pop after every sexual encounter, but your ruling may just deny a woman who was raped access to something very, very important.

But then you have conservative nutjobs spouting off things about how rape is basically a privilege/inevitable/"can't control our dicks LOL sorry!" so I guess the point is pretty moot.

Oh my god, I hate everything and everyone

A) murder someone B) murder someone and take all their belongings C) murder someone and steal all their plane tickets/hotel reservations D) jump off a building because the entire theory of "do good and good things will happen to you" is bullshit, and generally the worst human beings you know have the best things happen to them

And then you want to delete Facebook because you've clearly gone insane, but you still need to see what people are doing?
