Chinelos, 40x40cm. Encomenda cheia de amor que foi uma delícia de pintar. Inicialmente fiz um estudo de cores (dá pra ver na última foto) que ajudou a guiar todo o processo da pintura. Como achei que o desenho não pedia muita estilização usei essa técnica de transferência da foto pra tela. De resto foi só diversão, tentando traduzir as cores das chinelas brancas pra tela. (Eng.) A commission full of love that was a joy to paint. I made a color study first (u can see in the last photo) that helped me in the painting process. I used a photo transference technique since I thought that the drawing didn't need so much distortion. Banana amassada, óleo sobre placa de metal. 26x13cm. Achei essa placa na rua tem algumas semanas, ela por si só já achava bem interessante. Hoje encarei de pintar sobre ela, acabei escolhendo o lado mais distorcido do metal. A pintura deu bem mais trabalho, pincel não queria obedecer. Mas foi um preço barato a pagar por utilizar uma superfície tão rica. (Eng). Smashed banana, oil on metal. I found this metal piece on the street a couple of weeks ago. I already thought that the metal was interesting by itself. Today, I painted over it on the most distorted side. The painting gave me a lot of work, the brushes didn't want to obey me.
