*note: the reason there's two gem versions of Mage is just that I forgot about tourmalines when I made the first one lol

Robecca Steam is finally coming to Monster High Generation 3! Here's a drawing of what I think her G3 doll will look like!

Her copper skin has oxidized sections throughout that resemble vitiligo, flame attachments for her rocket boots, and her iconic typewriter from the G1 show.

Mattel is allergic to making a G3 Monster High character that is not either pink, violet, or both, so below the cut you can see a second color scheme that features some violet like the ones her dolls occasionally featured in G1. It also has a blue blouse to match the description we just got.

I've had this idea since the Mix & Match music video came out but didn't get around to actually drawing it until recently... Then I forgot to post it for a few weeks lol Anyway here's a version where they're all the same image, too:

I mean.

I don't really see the resemblance? Like, I guess they're both blonde anime women wearing leather, but I feel that's a pretty generic description compared with the clear inspiration seen between her green-donned minion and Waluigi.

I mean, there IS this un-masked version of her where she has similar bangs:

But I'm not sure that's enough to say she's an inspiration for her design when they'd have actively removed aspects that would've made her Peach-like (the round bauble gemstone earrings) or aspects that could've made her more waru-like. (the outward spiked hair, especially the pointy sidelocks/sideburns that both Wario and Waluigi have, as well as the eyeshadow which could've been an inverse reference to the boys' eyebags)

Not to mention how she's clearly meant to be a beautiful mature woman, while the Warupicchi design is very youthful, either to portray her as an actual little girl or just to hint at her bratty, undignified personality.

Speaking of, I did make this alternate design that takes that personality aspect more into account, as well as an alternate take on my Wadaisy that also, in turn, leans more into the passive, motherly personality I'd imagined for her:

Featured my take on Lagoona in the last post so I decided to draw my take on Mariana Peixes! AKA G3 Lagoona as a separate character that can coexist with G1 Lagoona. (they're besties)
