I understand sometimes it can be hard to set boundaries, and even when you try, people don’t listen.

I want you to make me a promise, if you’re ever talking to someone and they start to make you feel uncomfortable you’ll block them.

Blocking is a feature put in place just for you, it doesn’t make you a bad person for choosing to block people, you’re simply focusing on your own happiness and there’s nothing wrong with that.

And when it comes to people you know, the same thing applies. If you need to distance yourself and stop speaking to someone because they make you uncomfortable, then so be it.

I want you to know that protecting your own happiness is incredibly valid and you will never be in the wrong for that.

So hold up your pinky and let’s make a pinky promise okay?

Next time someone makes you uncomfortable, you’re gonna focus on your happiness, and remove that person from your circle.
