I wandered through here the afternoon before and it was absolutely packed with people. The flowers - even though they are fake - are absolutely gorgeous in real life (same decorator as Peggy Porschen? 😁) and there are about 5 of these love seats. . I got up at the crack of dawn so that I could get a photo here without any other people in it... not only did I get that, it was the only time I could see London without clouds in the sky. The soft morning golden glow was just gorgeous and it was nice watching the city wake up... . . . (at Covent Garden London)

I've been travelling for ages I still have billions of unpublished photos 😁... Anyway here is one taken in Salzburg, Austria. . This is the beautiful #LeopoldskronPalace (#SchlossLeopoldskron) that was used in the filming of "The Sound of Music" film. It was the mansion the Von Trapps lived in. . I stayed with some good friends who drove me here before dropping me off at the airport. We got stuck in a bad traffic jam on the way there and I nearly had a heart attack that I was going to miss my flight to Paris... I got to the airport only 40min before my flight departure time and made it with plenty of time to spare! Lol! Thank God for Austrian efficiency and small airports! . So my friend took me to Guildford to see its castle and gorgeous gardens... for those that don't know, Lewis Carroll who wrote 'Alice in Wonderland' spent a lot of his life there and it was used as inspiration for his now famous novel. . The beauty of Salzburg continues! This was taken in the courtyard of a former medieval hospital, #Burgerspital St Blasius which dates back to 1327. Today it houses a toy museum and a musical instruments museum. . . .

Ahhh stunning Salzburg, so jaw-droppingly gorgeous! I could have spent all day here.. in fact, I did spend a couple of hours here! This was my second time to stunning #Avignon but my first inside the #PalaisdesPapes (Pope's Palace). This place is enormous with tons of stairs! Don't do what I did and turn up on a 36° day. . Still, despite being extremely exhausted I really enjoyed my time there and learning about this incredible UNESCO world heritage listed historical monument built in 1252! . . .
