Respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you, or makes you happy.

The “I Can and I Will” attitude will help you succeed in such a way that will seem miraculous to the person who continually says “I Can’t”….attitude is everything.

Randomly compliment people because sometimes that will be the only kind words they will hear that day.

Whenever I see one of those “In three months you will be happy you started today” (and similar) posts I always look at my body and I think “but there’s no visible change?” - and then I think one step further, and I realize that I can run further, faster and stronger today than I did three months ago.
