All of his reigns have been flops, every faction he's been in post-Shield breakup have been flops, his run with the Authority and as Mr. Money in the Bank was a flop, and what he's doing now with Heyman is a flop. Roman and Mox have far surpassed him in that regard, and are 1000x better and more entertaining than he could ever be.
