So who enjoyed the first two episodes of Willow?

After 34 years, this 80s kid adored returning to fantasy world of Tir Asleen. Like the 1988 film, it doesn’t take itself too seriously, with its balance of humour and action, while providing the right amount of nostalgia to please fans of the original.

Was flicking through memories on Facebook today and came across these photos from around this time back in 2012.

Several years before the country was put to a nationwide vote on marriage equality in 2017, there were some of us taking to the streets on a regular basis protesting for equality rights.

When I see photos like these pop up in my Facebook memories, it’s hard not to feel a little nostalgic and sentimental. It’s also bittersweet. It’s sad to think that there are some who took to the streets with me had passed away before they got to see marriage equality legalised in Australia.

All good things come to an end. I’ve had an unforgettable three weeks in the UK, but now it’s time to return home.

With my trip coming to a close. Caught up with a mate. Knocked back booze while enjoying a boat ride down down the Thames. Laughed and screamed at The London Dungeon. Enjoyed way too much Chinese. Went bar hopping through Soho and finished the night feeling like a sardine in a can thanks to a train strike.

If those walls could talk what dark takes they would tell.

Got lost walking to the Tower on London, but came across this sign.

Visited the house where Charles Dickens lived and wrote some of his classics and personal favourites of mine.
