THEY ARE MOON HUNTERS. Sehun has been trying hard to understand the whole situation properly. This community? This group? Or whatever they are, all of them are moon hunters.
"So he is Adonis?" A question is thrown by a guy with his silvery white locks, breaking the silence. "Whose power is stripped off by Zeus, yes." Chanyeol said, grinning from ear to ear.
The idea of these Gods abilities being stripped off excites Chanyeol. As a demigod, he is practically stronger. Sehun got chills going down through his spine as soon as he saw Chanyeol grinning. This is such a horrible decision, Zeus! He mentally said, head tilting up to the sky; where the Olympus is located at.
"Are the other Gods coming?" He whose locks fell right above his eyes asked. His locks covering his forehead completely.
"Possibly yes. But this might as well became a fair and square moon hunting if The Great Zeus stripped their power off. Don't you think so, Baekhyun?" Chanyeol is at the highest tension state right now. He is as excited as he could be.
Eris, on the other hand, is sitting right in the entrance of the cave they are staying at. She sighed heavily, frustratedly drowning in her problems and unsettled concerns.
Her name, Eris. Sehun is right. The name she got was taken from the Goddess of chaos, discord and strife. Just exactly like they say, a person lives up to their names, and Eris is not excluded.
Ever since the day she started understanding situations that are happening around her, it was all chaos.
"Hey." Eris looked up at the familiar voice, slowly standing up when she sensed something off.
"Kyungsoo." She said, staring at the silhouette. What she thought was going to be one silhouette appears to be two. Eris pulled one of her arrow slowly, fixing her stance.
"Eris. No arrows."
She sighed in relief when she saw his features, standing out clearly. Right behind him, another man, glittery diamond-like objects around his eyes. The glints of mischief are visible.
"This is.."
"Hermes." The word that came out of Eris' mouth caught Kyungsoo off guard. "How did you-"
"Adonis, Sehun, is inside."
"Well.." Hermes—Jongin—smirked. "Adonis." A chuckle is heard as soon as Sehun's name was mentioned. "He is Junmyeon's favorite though." Without any further ado, Jongin stepped into the cave.
Both Kyungsoo and Eris froze, but then they immediately follow Hermes steps.
"Jongin?" Sehun's excited voice is heard. "Hello! Finally! Another God!" He said. Jongin smirked, "Junmyeon stripped my power out. It's getting on my nerves."
"Mine too! I'm powerless. That damned Demigod is excited." Sehun gave Chanyeol a look of disgust. "And? You sound happy. Are you on a trip?" The arrogance in Jongin's voice is still extremely clear.
Sehun sighed. He knows that Jongin is still pretty much clueless about the whole thing. Jongin must have thought that hunting the moon would be easy. He must have thought all these mortals are ordinary mortals.
"They are moon hunters, Jongin."
The words made Jongin scoff. "Hunt it? Stealing it sounds more fun." Each end of his lips pulling up, a smirk made its way to his face.
"Oh, God. Hermes." Chanyeol rolled his eyes in annoyance.
"What you weird mortal?" Jongin frowned, clearly unhappy at the way he got those reactions. Chanyeol grinned from ear to ear. "He didn't realize too! Zeus really decided to play fair and square!"
"I told you he is a Demigod." Sehun chuckled, "stop it with that arrogance it won't take you anywhere."
"What Demigod are you?" Jongin narrowed his eyes at Chanyeol, which Chanyeol answered with "Can't you see?"
"I'm Aeneas, Son of Aphrodite!" He said, combing his hair back.
“And what about you?" Jongin nonchalantly said, pointing at Kyungsoo.
"What if I say that I'm your son, father?" Kyungsoo smirked, both hands in his pants pocket.
Jongin blinked quickly as he is feeling flustered. "Huh?"
Kyungsoo chuckled, patting Hermes' back, "just joking, I'm Odysseus." He said.
But even after hearing Kyungsoo's words Jongin became more flustered. "Odysseus?!" His tone rising.
"You are that famous warrior!"
Kyungsoo shrugged, "yeah, thank you for that."
"But.. Why did you choose to side with mortals?" Jongin tilted his head. Kyungsoo hummed, silently feeling excited because the Gods recognized him. "One, because The Olympus could never accept any half-blooded beings?"
"Two, I decided to side with mortals wince the day I told everyone that I'll walk along with the mortals, and they gave me the treatments I could never imagine would get one day." He said, tossing some random pebbles to the cave's wall.
"That's it?" Sehun frowned. That's not much to offer.
"Hm," Kyungsoo's gaze suddenly directed to one certain person. "and one other reason, actually." He said.
