I don't wanna be a sad cub! Sometimes I want regress bc i feel happy..

But I don't know why..

Hmm.. Well, you can always doodle with crayons! You can use your imagination and make a little “happy place” in your head, and visualize it when you’re upset. It’s okay to feel sad, little one! Happy shows and music always help too, same with getting some sunshine! You need light to grow biiig and strong, like a flower. Mama is here for you, you’re okay! For some people, sadness is a frequent part of regression, myself included. Don’t worry, it’s a normal response! You got this, strong lil kiddo! <3
