Sometimes it's kinda scary to only be able to cope with things by being small, I cried and cried last night until I felt small and that's all I could do and it was scary. I felt so small and I was alone and I couldn't feel big even though I felt like I needed to be. I literally just sucked my thumb and cried and whimpered off and on til I could finally get myself calmed down enough to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night still feeling small and that was scary too.
