Eden

She is beauty

And I am desire

She stokes my flame

And I rake those coals of hell

She is angelic, unlike like any other living creature

When she leaves me, my times is misspent

Once we went one whole month without talking

To me, I consider that one non-month

I simply lived day-by-day

I couldn’t grasp time for anything

Days came and went like gusts of wind

First stirring up and then coming to settle

There’s never enough time I could be with her

If all those clocks in our world were left to tick

I’d require at least twice as much time with her

She comes and goes, but will never stay
