Hi there :) you guys mostly know me from ninah art, self ship stuff, commissions, etc. It’s been like…8-9ish months since I left my ex who I spent early into my adolescence all the way into college in an abusive on and off relationship with. To be frank, it was my first time leaving him rather than the other way around; I had become used to this unstable push and pull, him blaming me for all of his problems and then cutting contact before coming back crying to me months later. It had gone on for years, and in all that time, never truly gave me the chance to make my own decision and realization that he had been truly hurting me. A few months after leaving him, I abandoned all of my old social media accounts, ones I had used since I was nine or ten years old, and I opened this account without a trace of my face or whereabouts, knowing his tendency to peek into my life and feeling I deserved the peace of knowing he can’t. Maybe he will see this. I don’t care if he does, really, at this point, but it wasn’t made for him, it was made for me. I’ve only grown happier and fatter in the past almost 6 months with the love of my life, so there’s no need to worry anymore - this is just some closure.
