ive found a certain joy in cooking and baking. i like having a list of instructions and things to do. im prioritising my alone time and being alone with my thoughts. as an only child I spend most of my time alone and cling to nearest person all the time but instead of being âlonelyâ im now just simply alone. it really is the little things. and sometimes my thoughts when im alone arenât positive but at least i can come to terms with them instead of ignoring them.

i donât mind when people donât interact or see my posts. this really is just my journal and it helps me get my thoughts and feelings out until i can afford therapy. thank you.
i wish i didnât have any feelings. i think itâd all be easier if i was that way. whatâs the point if itâs never reciprocated. unrequited love is the core root of all my problems. itâs why i avoid guys and currently am despite them allegedly being really obvious but I donât have the energy to like then get hurt so maybe I do like him but pursuing it first will drive me insane so im not and im telling myself I donât even like him. makes my life easier.
i would give anything to be english smart but im just really good at maths. and everyone cares about maths more but thatâs whatâs nice about English. top 10% in the year and im scraping 60-70% (67676767đđ)
everyone around says itâs obvious he likes me. but i think theyâre just being nice, i think he kind of hates me..? thereâs a reason why I donât get crushes anymore, requires too much thinking
sometimes i have a bad day and then i think about how sufjan stevens is probably having it 10x worse

i used to say that i hate my phone so much but then i realized that technology is a neutral resource exactly like sugar or money. and the more i think about it the more it makes sense. even the way people talk about a carb detox is the same way people do a dopamine detox from social media. but carbs are not bad! for example if youâre a runner you know how useful sugar is, even some candy before a sprint can have its place. and carbs are not all the same like tumblr is not the same as instagram, and quantity matters! but also money. so many people think money is bad but money is not intrinsically evil itâs a neutral resource. i can use it to help someone in need, or it can bring a sense of safety or be a resource for art-making. but the more one thinks in scarcity the more they overspend, the more one cuts sugar out the more they crave it. i think itâs the same with technology - once i stopped saying that i hated my phone i forgot about it and it started to become a tool for creativity rather than something i was feeding some undefined hunger with. sometimes i still catch myself saying i hate my phone and i take a second to pause.
i think about 4 guys are starting to like me and Iâve only ever truly liked 1 and he doesnât even like me, cherry on top itâs his best friend. whatâs wrong with me? this feels like a punishment. can any psychologists help me understand how this even happens?????????
I'm on my own political journey but just because I am cis straight christian woman does NOT mean i will tolerate any prejudice of any kind. I am a firm believer that anyone born with hatred in their heart for any minority is a victim of propaganda. I love the lgbt community, all religions and all races. I love everyone. And so should everybody else. If you're seeing this and you disagree its a sign. And if you try to weapons christianity to support your hateful ideals i can't and won't tolerate it.
onto my next point, there is a lot of generalisation around christianity and I want to debunk some things
1. Being gay is not written as being a sin the bible, that is due to many mistranslations, the verse is actually no man shall sleep with a boy either way hatred will always be a greater sin than love
2. trying to enforce things such as no abortions or gay marriages, not letting immigrants in etc. is essentially trying to play God, God does not enforce us to not have abortions so why are you? This can lowkey be deemed as blasphemy if you deep it and also Jesus and the pretty much the whole dang lineage was an immigrant so like practice what you preach đ¤¨đ¤¨
I don't feel like ranting but feel free to do your own research on christianity! I will note i am aware christianity is weaponised against women but the bible itself does hold women to a high standard and any less than a man (if I'm not mistaken, feminist here lol)
life update:
for those who do not know i do sing! my vocal range has expanded and is now a A#3-F6, my only difficulty is whistle notes and getting rid of mucus build up đđđ any tips?? I also want to get my head voice out my throat but YIPPPEEEEEE
im making it my goal to get into politics as when I grow up I don't end up being one of those chuds who don't vote. for starters I took the political compass test and I sit about x axis = (-3.38) and y axis = (-3.74). ik for a fact i will never be a right winged person so don't try and convince me lol and I'm not saying that while not knowing right wing ideas I educated myself on both general ideas and prefer the left like 100x more.
i don't really think ik gonna get political advice from tumblr of all places but any advice on where to start to educate myself would be appreciated. like any policies I should know about that exist stuff like that like what's off-shore,in state, protectionism etc. This will also help with my debates so yeah! thank you in advance.

why canât a guy i like just like me back?
im told im an attractive person by my friends but I feel like the complete opposite. i have lots of friends and lots of them are guys and i just feel like ill be stuck in this forever loop of only being a friend to a guy. i found a guy cute and he gave me his insta and he said he found me cute but i was left on delivered for a week?? why canât i just have a positive romantical experience i feel like a joke at times.
