No one uses gym memberships bought for New Year any longer than a month, so I don’t think you’ll have to worry about betraying anyone. Just another thing people go through the motions for because they feel like they’re supposed to change something about themselves just because the date changed. Which is really weird tradition if you ask me anyway.

I just like to be supportive, but I have no real intentions of lifting anything past a toddler. Ever. 

They certainly do! It is contagious, though, I’ll admit! They fuel my energy and make me excited to work which is all I could ask for. Aww, you have a doggo bro?! I’m super jealous! That is truly adorable. What kind of dog? I’m glad you still got to enjoy time with family, that is what is important.

That is so sweet. I do have a doggy brother. Don’t be jealous he’s a handful. He’s a poodle mix with something I am not to sure of, I can’t remember. But he’s a cutie. Thanks love.

Definitely! I might take a weekend off around Valentine’s Day. I’m in the mood to stuff my face with heart shaped chocolate while watching Moulin Rouge with my dads! What plays have you seen? Good! I was starting to panic a little bit!

Oh that’s good. I tend to ignore Valentine’s Day for reasons.... but I am sure you will have fun with that. Believe it or not only Lion King, ha ha. It’s sad I even admitted that.

Today’s your lucky day, honeys, because Auntie Snix is back. Yes, I did actually make it to 2019, I’ve just been hella busy. I moved, got a feature in Philly Mag, unintentionally did a drag show. Oh, and I turned 30, but we don’t have to talk about that. 

So, not that I really care, but in the interest of being polite, what have the rest of you been up to this year?

Welcome back. I can understand that busy part a lot. Everyone seems to be moving, hope that went smooth for you. Which magazine, I am intrigued. Drag? Happy belated birthday, you do know 30 is the new 20 - I age like fine wine.

Thank you very much, hon! I hope you had an excellent holiday season yourself. Once again, thank you. She had her daddy very worried! Now that she’s well again my mind is at ease, which has made getting back into the school routine smoother. I’ve missed my school kids, and it’s been fun hearing how all of their breaks went. I am doing my best to ease them back into school with some fun lessons. How about you? How did you end up spending the holidays? 

Yes I did thank you. I am sure it tough, kids have a lot of energy i should know. However at least you are attentive. I didn’t do very much, worked of course, but I spent some time with my mother and her little pup aka my brother lol. Very uneventful to be honest. I had plans but didn’t go through with it. 

Of course! There’s no way I wouldn’t enjoy myself in my spirit city, if such a thing exists. The only sad thing is that I didn’t have time to come at my dads’ place. We went on Broadway and wandered around like tourists. It’s always weird to come back home and not feel like it is a home anymore, but I had the best time. Are cheesecakes your style? There’s that fantastic one that looks delicious with a raspberry sherbert.

Aw! But I am sure you are going to make it up to them right? Broadway is always fun so I understand that. I LOVE cheesecake!! 

Good afternoon, friends! I apologize for my absence on social media as of late; I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year’s! My holidays were spent with my family, but sadly after all the excitement a double ear infection decided to pay a visit to my poor little baby. I’m so grateful Maddie’s back to her happy self after being in so much pain, and I’m also glad to be back at work with my students again. Looking forward to catching up with everyone!

Howdy! Glad to hear you had a great Holiday season! Glad to hear your little girl is back to her healthy self. How has it been getting back into the swing of things?

  You totally won’t! I’m still surprised I didn’t get a call from my bank wondering why the heck I spent almost a hundred dollars on coffee just to pretend to be a good ole’ local again. I was gone for four days. I can bake desserts! Those no-bake Tasty recipes? I’m a chef when it comes to them, so I could bring you dessert for a next time!

Ha! So did you enjoy yourself like you knew you would? What all did you do? You can do desserts, I like desserts. What kind? 

I think I turned out fine in spite of it. It’s been weeks since I made someone cry. How did it all turn out? Are you as happy as I am that it’s finally over so we can focus on the next horribly depressing two months of winter?

Which is a plus. You make people cry for fun? Christmas was bland. I had plans that I didn’t fall through with. So I spent it with my mother, per usual. Winter is only depressing when you spend it alone. 

Starting the year off being single, is truly something that I wasn’t expecting to happen but here we are. Single, selling my place, sleeping at the gym and getting drunk at night. Great start to 2019, I hope everyone’s else new year s better than mine.

Well we can be in a club together that’s for sure. However, I do start my year off that way consecutively so... yeah. You are selling your home? 

Uh... I hate those things I usually steer clear of them. No one ever does what it is they set out to do anyway.
