cedesgraceâ:
I donât think that is necessary.
I like how considerate of others time you are. Itâs really enduring. But itâs no trouble at all. Â
Todayâs your lucky day, honeys, because Auntie Snix is back. Yes, I did actually make it to 2019, Iâve just been hella busy. I moved, got a feature in Philly Mag, unintentionally did a drag show. Oh, and I turned 30, but we donât have to talk about that.Â
So, not that I really care, but in the interest of being polite, what have the rest of you been up to this year?
You canât drop stuff like âDid a drag show unintentionally and Itâs my birthdayâ Without getting a hardy Happy Birthday! And asked were you a judge or a contest for the drag show? Â
I have some top secret stuff in the works that I canât talk about. Also, Iâll be opening a new restaurant soon.Â
I have begrudgingly accepted my new fate as a new Prime Time anchor. I much prefer Daytime television but what can I do or say? So you may now catch me on the 6 oâclock newsâŚ. anyhow, I have been curiously looking into a lot of wedding related things. I now have a huge stack of books I have been rummaging through. I have no date set up plenty of ideas now. 2019 is looking to have started off with a very interesting kick.Â
Well, Congratulations! I guess? Are you happy or sad about this turn of events? You can add me to your list of event spaces. I have been known to cater weddings. Â
cedesgraceâ:
I suppose they are..
I know they are... I have a tap measure if you arenât sure. I could bring it by for you.Â

Face to Face || Berry Land
Rachel: poked her tongue out, freeing her childish manners. "If you keep the same pace tonight, we'll be two people with a sudden loss of memory!" She exclaimed, with a certain pride in herself for putting so many words one after the other. "I like comfy!" She repeated, moving gently her feet, well, trying to. "I want to know if I left a cereal killer in my house." She marked a pause and started giggling. "A cereal killer!" And she started to laugh, although her fatigue made her calm down fast. "What what you're saying, chef." Rachel gave him a warning and tried to tap his arm with her wrapped foot. "I can't say I've met many playful women, but give them a good champagne and they'll be dancing on tables." She asserted, with a sudden seriousness. "Not that I've done it, no, not at all." She clarified before she started yawning, hiding her mouth behind the blanket.
Mitchell: chuckled swirling the empty bottle. "Wine..." He frowned, "It doesn't get me drunk. You must be a lightweight." He looked to her, "I don't know... I am a monster when it comes to Fruit loops. Other than that, I'm pretty harmless." He said, with a smirk at odds with his statement, his face didn't look scary more mischievous than anything else. "Oh, have I struck a nerve Ms. Berry? Be serious now." He grabbed her foot, shaking it lightly. "I know you've gotten wild and crazy at least once. Since I came all the way over here, you might as well tell me."

Rachel: sighed exaggeratedly. "Chances are that I won't remember anything by tomorrow... Nah. I'm not like that." Which was correct, she had a true gift of remembering her worst mistakes to the point she blamed it on her sense of perfectionism. To change the sudden mood drop, she, like a child, poked her tongue out, then, again, made her laugh. She could not even recall the last time she was that drunk, but, clearly, she was not in the same state as euphoria. She tried to wave the bottle goodbye when he took it away only to wiggle her way out of her blanket to help him set her legs on his lap. "You're comfy." Rachel commented, nodding in a very serious manner. "My, my, are you going to a criminal meeting? It sounds very dark and mysterious." Her chocolate eyes widened when he started drinking. She did not mind germs, but she would never think of drink straight from the bottom of a bottle used by a stranger. Although, they were not strangers... "Mitchell, come on!" She acted like she was shocked. "Do you really think a lady from Manhattan like me would have a bad taste in wine?" She brought her covered hand to her chin, her jaw pretending to drop. "I am hurt." The wide grin she wore on her tired face proved the opposite.
Mitchell: "Fortunately for you I will." He grinned wiggling his eyebrows. Alcohol always revealed different aspects of people's personalities. His father, for instance, had been a normally quiet man. Alcohol turned him into a monster. With Rachel it seemed drinks made the woman more playful. Playful he could deal with. He finished the bottle of wine and nodded as he swallowed the liquid. "Yes. I am." He told her patting her tiny feet. "Are you really curious about my clandestine activities?" He asked looking over to her, with a ghost of a smile on his face. "You know if I tell you. Then you can't plausible deny anything if questioned by police." He said egging her on. His eyebrows rose, "There is a lot I don't know about Manhattan women. Like I didn't know they had a pension toward playfulness. I always envisioned them to be a stuffy lot."
drewdavissâ:
Thanks man and I did too, so did my folks, but I guess not everything lasts. Do you have enough room, though? âCause I can crash on Valâs couch.
I am here to talk if you need it. -By talk, I mean drink with you heavily. Hell yeah I have enough space... though Iâd completely understand if you pick Valâs place over mine. Â
Starting the year off being single, is truly something that I wasnât expecting to happen but here we are. Single, selling my place, sleeping at the gym and getting drunk at night. Great start to 2019, I hope everyoneâs else new year s better than mine.
Hey, sorry to hear this. I liked you and Georgia together. You donât have to stay at the gym. You are more than welcome to crash at my place.Â
Whatâs your New Yearâs Resolution?
Resolution are made to be broken, right? Well, in that grand tradition my New Years Resolution is to meet the âoneâ and fall hopelessly in love. (Ha Ha)Â

Rachel: squinted her eyes and gave another look to her cozy living room. What started as aesthetically pleasing white lights ended into a luminaire shop. "Do I look like I have the answer to this deep, philosophical question?" Her head tilted to the side, innocently. She did not bother taking her arms out of her one wrapping, so she just stretched them as far as she could in her situation and shut the tv off. "Thank you!" The marathon of the Great British Baking show was starting to drive her insane, well even more than the cocktail of alcohol she had been having all evening long. All the colors, dramatic faces and sugar were too much to handle. "That's me!" Again, she could not contain her drunken chuckle, which ended in a long yawn. "Y'know, you didn't have to come." She mumbled.
Mitchell: laughed, "No, no, I suppose you aren't. But we are going to circle back around to this point sometime." He warned. Mitchell stood, mouth hanging slightly askew. Rachel, however cutely, all snuggled in her covers, clicked the television off. Somehow that wasn't what he expected her to do. He shrugged, "Umm, You are welcome?" He swatted at the air, as he eyed the bottles of wine scattered about. "I know." He grabbed a bottle by the neck, then made his way to the other end of the couch. With his free arm, he lifted Rachel's outstretch legs, then sat, laying them across his lap. "As I said, I was on my way out. And where I'm going arriving early wouldn't be a good thing." He turned the bottle up, drinking down half of it's sparse contents. Lowing the bottle he looked at the label, "Hmm, this isn't half bad."

Chanel: I was gonna say you're breaking my heart but did you really call me kiddo? KIDDO WOW
Chanel: Funny are the line between cocky and confident is so thin that in some cases it is sometimes inexistant
Chanel: i just love how this started by you not making a scene about my mistake to arguing about definitions damn our lives are interesting.
Mitchell: LMAO, It seems I did.
Mitchell: Come now, there is always a line. Even if it's paper thin.
Mitchell: It would seem they are. Though yours may have me beat.

Rachel: She could not hide her surprise when she heard some noise on the other side of the door. The apartment block was busy at all times, but the footsteps seemed nearer and in a way, familiar. By the time her baby sitter arrived, she had contemplated the idea of taking a shower or at least fixing her appearances. He had only seen her at her best and for some reason she wanted things to remain this way. However, before she had time to make up her mind and get up, she found herself curled into a comfortable coccoon of blankets where her empty glass of wine was completely out of reach, so was the remote. "Follow the Christmas lights!" She let out, giggling without knowing why. Only her living room was looking brighter than New York on New Year's eve, which automatically set a light on Mitchell's concerned frown. "See? I'm fiiiiiine!" Rachel said, slowly as if she could not comprehend her own words.
Mitchell: replaced the photo. "Okay," he said, then followed the lighted road. 'It was a crazy mix,' he thought. "What's up with the lights? I thought you were Jewish?" He asked as he approached. He looked down at the woman chuckling. "Rachel, Rachel, Rachel." He sighed, shaking his head. Scanning the bottles, he spotted the remote and plucked from the table. "I think this is for you." He said, handing the brunette the remote.

Mitchell: Casually, Mitchell retrieved the key. It was just were she'd indicated it would be. Unlocking the door, he called out, "Rachel?" Before stepping completely into the house, closing the door behind himself. "Rachel?" He called again taking in the home. It was exactly what he'd expected it to be. He moved over to the coffee table and lifted a picture of two men with Rachel standing between them smiling. Completely Ms. Berry. He thought with a grinning to himself.
